Developers and Contractors - Getting Started
All developers and contractors seeking to undertake a new construction project within Olympic View Water & Sewer District’s service area must begin by submitting an Availability Letter Request, including site plans, to our Engineering Technician. A processing fee of $125 can be paid at the time of request, or included in the project fee sheet.​
