Lora Petso
As an attorney, small business owner, and former Edmonds City Councilmember, Lora Petso brings a wealth of experience to our Board. She understands the essential nature of quality water and sewer services, and is dedicated to helping Olympic View work in the most cost effective manner to maintain and improve our system and our services. Lora has lived and raised her family in the neighborhood for over 30 years, and has served as a volunteer Chess Coach at Sherwood Elementary School for almost as long. She loves being able to give back to her community in her role as Commissioner for the District.

John Elsasser
John is a Seattle native who grew up in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Over 40 years ago he moved to Edmonds to raise his family and has lived here ever since. As a licensed plumber, John owned and operated a Roto Rooter franchise which afforded him with an extensive and applicable understanding and expertise for a sewer utility district. He has been an Olympic View commissioner for more than 37 years and though he is retired, he still lives a very active lifestyle in the Puget Sound region.

Judi Gladstone
Judi brings over 30 years experience in the utility industry, initially at Seattle Public Utilities, and later as the Executive Director for the Washington Association of Sewer & Water Districts. Throughout her career she has been closely involved with water and sewer utility policy, planning, program implementation, and intergovernmental relations, including navigating the regulatory agencies that oversee both utilities. She is a long-time resident of Edmonds, the current Chair of the Edmonds Planning Board, and a member of the Edmonds Citizen Housing Commission who loves contributing to her expertise within her own community.
